Cleveland Aquarium Makes a “Splash” with ASG Students

January 26th, 2017 | Student Trips

On Saturday January 21, a group of 42 ASG students travelled to the Greater Cleveland Aquarium for a fun-filled day of learning about aquatic creatures.  Our students embraced this opportunity to view various species of fish and marine mammals in a simulated oceanic environment.  Of particular interest to the students were the exhibits featuring sharks and stingrays.  According to senior John Zhang, “The interaction with the creatures was very good.  It was really cool because you could touch the fish in the water. There were many cool creatures.”  Following their tour of the aquarium, the students enjoyed dinner at Cleveland’s Szechuan Gourmet restaurant along with shopping at the city’s Asian Market.
